Quick Colon Cleanse | The Same-Day Sea Salt Quick Cleanse

Finding an effective quick colon cleanse system is not easy. Most advice that you will read online will either promote cleansing through dietary changes or try to sell you one of the many colon cleansing products that are making the rounds these days. My purpose here is not to endorse or belittle either of these methods of colon cleansing…only to point out that neither will provide you with a quick colon cleanse.

Many people think that the only ways to do a quick colon cleanse is to either take a large dose of laxative, or to have an enema (UGH!). The problem here is, while both are sometimes effective, each carries risks that many people would rather do without. Using a laxative for cleansing will, most times, require you to take more than the recommended amount (an overdose), sometimes leading to a laxative dependency. With an enema, there is a risk of damaging the tender tissue of the bowel, causing hemorrhoids to form.

Many of us find these risks unacceptable. With good reason, I think!

In addition, these methods target only your colon, and do absolutely nothing about the toxins that have built up in the rest of your body (trust me, they’re there!). The reason most informed people use an oral colon cleansing supplement is the fact that they are designed to work not only in your intestines, but will flush toxins from your entire body, as well.

Fortunately, help is on the way. There is at least one method of doing a quick colon cleanse that is effective throughout your whole body, and can be completed in one day, right in the privacy of your own home.

• Quick Colon Cleanse with Sea Salt

Before you begin… here are a few words of caution from someone that has used this method before:

  • Use this method on a day when you have nothing else planned. Most of what will occur will happen in a short period of time, but it will be best if you have some time to rest and recoup before you go back to your normal daily activities.
  • It’s also best if you’ve had a bowel movement within 24 hours of beginning your quick colon cleanse. Believe me when I tell you…using this method while constipated will get a bit messy!

What You’ll Need…

  • 2 quarts (or, liters) of purified drinking water. Personally, I use distilled water, but any high quality purified water will work.
  • High-quality sea salt, available at most major markets, or you can order it from Amazon.com. Just be sure to get the pure, grey-colored variety of salt. It’s the highest quality.

To make your quick colon cleanse potion, pour your water into a sauce pan and heat it as if you were preparing tea. Add at least one heaping tablespoon of the sea salt and stir until the salt is completely dissolved. Continue to add small amounts of salt and stirring until you have a “salty broth”. If you’d like, you can also add a small amount of lemon or lime juice to mitigate the salty taste. The important thing here is to be sure that all of the salt is totally dissolved in your potion.

When it’s ready, you need to sip as much of the potion as you can over the next one hour, or so. Do Not gulp it all down at once. That will put too much of a shock into your system and probably cause you to throw up. Just sip it slowly over a period of an hour, keeping in mind that the more you get down, the better the quick colon cleansing effect will be.

Once in your bloodstream, this powerful solution will begin to draw toxins, chemicals, and poisons from throughout your body and flush them towards your intestinal tract for removal. You may develop a light case of nausea and/or a slight headache, but this causes most people no real problem.

Now…you need to prepare yourself. This quick colon cleanse potion will go through your body quickly. Within an hour, or so, you will begin to visit the bathroom a lot. These visits will continue until all of the potion has worked it’s way out of your system, carrying all of the toxic waste with it. For most people, this takes between 3 and 5 hours.

When it’s over, your quick colon cleanse will likely leave you feeling a little weak. You have burned a large amount of energy during this process, and you should spend the rest of the day relaxing to regain your strength. Also, you will probably be a bit dehydrated, to be sure to drink plenty of water for the rest of the day. A cup or two of chicken soup is also good to aid in replacing some of the vitamins and minerals that were flushed out with the waste.

The next day, you will definitely begin to notice an increase in your energy level and overall feeling of well being. You may feel so much better that you forget what you had to endure to get here.
